Ok let me tell you what is happen here , these are some old ad of Nissan in the 2009 paroding Heidi , ok but What is? teinenpi , 低"tei" means something related to " low " then 燃費"nenpi", is a mix of kanjis than means consume and distance so if whe use some logic it will means low-consume or more exaactly fuel-effience so the title will means Heidi the fuel-effience girl.
