heres the advert for the alfa romeo spider. The full music track is included after the advert.The track is by Deutsche Opera Berlin and is called The Marriage of Figaro Duetto-Sul Aria. If you think you have heard the music before it was also used in the film shawshank redemption. The bit where andy locks himself in the prison wardens office and he plays a opera track at full blast on the prison pa system and the whole prison stops to listen

Had a Spider for the past 7 years. Brilliant cars. Only problem was battery life as I travel for work a lot so they often get drained by the sat nav and alarm which is a recipe for battery failure.
Make sure to get the 3litre version – bloody brilliant!!

I saw this advert (Alfa Spider) at the cinema and found the whole thing quite stunning. Although I already had two CDs of Marriage of Figaro, I had never really noticed this aria.
If someone could reassure me about their reliability I might even buy a Spider.

If ever there was a more movingly beautiful piece of music written for two sopranos, then i for one, do not know what it is. We have to thank The Shawshank Redemption & its director/producers etc. for making this fantastic piece of Mozart music, known to people outside the world of opera. This aria alone is testament to Mozarts genius

hey kianpatel have you not read the info for this clip or even watched it everything i have written already says that it is from shawshank redemption italso comes up halfway through the clip saying its from that film try telling us something we don’t already know ???

Does anybody have the scene from Shawshank with the guard being locked in the toilet whilst Dufrane plays this track? It’s a beautifully crafted piece of cinematography and I haven’t seen it in ages. There is an edditted version with ‘I like big Butts’ – it’s a crime!

sorry and1e35 but the version used on this advert is the one i have listed in my description above done by the Deutsche Opera Berlin and is called The Marriage of Figaro Duetto-Sul Aria.this is also the version that was used in shawshank redemption.the version you are pointing people to is a version of the tune but not the actual tune.sorry if that sounds anal but if i give people info on something i like to be exact
