Interesting to see this again. Made with a lot of thoughtfulness, with a touch of Dick Maas’ ‘De Lift’. Reminds me that it was shot on high contrast film Agfa Sound ST8.D: orthochromatic black and white sound negative film. A stock that picks up dark and light only, no greys in between. It came into fashion in those days. Works very well for the subject matter here.
