A shame to imagine that almost everyone in this commercial is dead.
this is a perfect example of the power corporate heads had over actors, and still do. to us, those actors are immortal, but back then, not so. They were pawns being played by the corporates. use this as an example for today’s modern advertising…
At first I wondered why an NBC show would be with an ABC show, but then I remembered Chevrolet sponsored all of these shows. Darrin always drove a Chevrolet.
Bewitched was one of my favorite TV shows, and my parents always watched Bonanza; this ad sure brought back memories!! What a great bit!! Thanks for posting it!! *smile*
