After 5 yrs, 3 mos and 41k miles, my 2005 Pontiac GTO transcooler line failed and it caused my cylinder head gaskets to fail. It costs me $3,000.00 in parts, labor and a very frustrated first time customer. After nearly 3 months of getting the runaround by GM customer service over the phone I learned why GM won’t take responsibility for their defective parts and why they only have a 3 year warranty. I’ll be looking at Hyundais instead. 10 yr powertrain and 5 year bumper to bumper is pretty good.
@IwatchACDC GM isn’t even close to the largest company in the world coca cola is the biggest and then wal mart and for cars it’s toyota get your facts straight bro they weren’t even the biggest car company in north america ford was by a small amount but they still were ahead in 07
@Camps2630 It’s just because of the suicide stunt near the end really. It didn’t get anybody fired or layed off. But GM faced bankruptcy in 2009 which ended up laying off more than 100,000 people
@Phelan666 dumbass, this is from 2007, when GM was still the largest company in the world and employed more than 250,000 people. they didn’t lay anyone off then. learn ur shit before u say anything
Are you fucking kidding me with this commercial? Who in the hell would let a ad company release this? Fucking brutal….. What’s next? A commercial where a GM employee admits he’sa homosexual and gets his ass kicked by his fellow workers? Or how about a GM commercial where all the white workers team up to get a black worker fired?
@GamingGod999 GM Australia (Holden) is way better than GM Europe (Opel and Vauxhall). Holden makes money. No attempts to shed the brand in the reorganization.
@Phelan666 GM had to do some rethinking about the appropriateness of a fired suicidal robot after there were a number of complaints. There’s a version #2 where they show the inside of a junk yard as the scene that brings the end of the robot nightmare.
